Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis / Testing (known as PGD or PGT) is a technique which can be used in an IVF process to differentiate embryos before transfer.

Dr Mark Livingstone discussed the PGD process generally and in relation to carriers for Fragile X who are pre-mutation or full mutation carriers.
